Job Summary:

As a Host/Hostess, you play a pivotal role in ensuring guests have a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your ability to manage the flow of guests and maintain an organized dining experience is crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, provide menus, and seat them appropriately while ensuring an even distribution among service stations.
• Assist guests with any immediate questions about the menu and make sure servers are alerted to special needs.
• Guide guests in creating balanced meals through your thorough knowledge of the menu and its offerings.
• Handle reservations and manage seating efficiently to maximize table usage.
• Ensure the precise assembly of take-out orders, assist kitchen staff, and process payments accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, seeking support from management when necessary.
• Assist servers with beverage service and maintain a clean and safe dining area.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including cleaning tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Pay Range: $18.04 - $21.04 per hour, based on experience and location.
