Position: Sales Engineer Manager
Academic Background

- Postgraduate studies or certifications in commercial management, leadership, or administration (MBA or similar is desirable).
Languages
- Bilingual in Spanish and English. Minimum C1 level in English (spoken, written, and technical).
- Ability to lead international meetings, present technical proposals in English, and maintain effective communication with corporate or global clients.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of total experience in technical B2B sales, including at least 3 years in commercial leadership or technical management roles.
- Proven experience in industrial sectors such as machinery, automation, manufacturing, robotics, energy, or similar.
- Successful track record of meeting sales targets, business development, and strategic account growth.
- Experience managing technical sales teams: coaching, supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
- Experience leading consultative sales processes for complex, high-value solutions.
Preferred
- MBA, diplomas in leadership or commercial management.
- Certifications in consultative sales (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman, or similar).
- Experience leading industrial bids or complex technical purchasing processes.
- Knowledge of national and international industrial technical regulations.

Technical Skills
- Technical mastery of industrial solutions: machinery, systems integration, automation, or custom solution design.
- Ability to guide sales engineering teams in preparing proposals, quotes, and technical presentations.
- Knowledge of design and technical analysis software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, etc.) and simulation tools (desirable).
- Ability to interact with R&D, engineering, and client production departments.
- Proficiency in cost analysis tools, ROI, TCO, etc.
Commercial and Management Skills
- Commercial leadership: ability to define and implement technical sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Management of sales funnel and technical-commercial pipeline.
- Strong skills in complex negotiation, objection handling, and contract closing.

- Experience using commercial CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or others) for performance analysis, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.

Compensation:
- Fixed annual salary: $70, 000 to $80,000
