Salary: $70,000-76,000 D.O.E

We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Director at New Horizon Academy Broomfield. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Early Childhood Education and have strong leadership skills

Potential candidates must be organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Potential candidates must:

• Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2 years experience in an Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience as Assistant Director preferred.
• Have working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
• Have director certificate on PDIS or License
