\n Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Compensation: Up to $50/hr (Based on Experience)

\n\nJob Description
\n\nProvide diagnostic evaluations and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
\n\t\n\tDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
\n\t\n\tMonitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
\n\t\n\tConduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
\n\t\n\tProvide both direct and consultative services as needed across grade levels
\n\t\nEducation & Certification Requirements
\n\nMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
\n\t\n\tActive Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
\n\t\n\tCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
\n\t\n\tPrevious school-based experience is a plus but not required
\n\t\n\tStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
