Analyze existing content ecosystems and identify optimization opportunities. Lead the development of content plans based on SEO data and business objectives. Partner cross-functionally with creative, tech, and client teams to drive strategy alignment and execution. Track performance and report on SEO KPIs post-launch. Required Qualifications: 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy with a strong emphasis on SEO. Demonstrated success in creating and launching full SEO strategies from scratch for well-known, enterprise-level brands (not small/local businesses). Experience working with major agencies or consulting firms. Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics tools. Previous work with clients in healthcare systems or insurance is a significant plus. Must have held Manager, Senior Manager, or Director titles. (SEO Strategists or Leads without management-level titles will not be considered.)
