We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to drive financial operations across the US & Canada
Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional ready to lead, streamline, and grow with a dynamic finance team? We're looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives on ownership, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. If you want to make an impact in a fast-paced, international setting—this is your role. Pay will range from $85K-$100K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Treasury
• Lead monthly and annual financial closes and reporting
• Mentor and develop one direct report, with potential to expand the team
• Submit monthly reports to HQ and ensure timely reconciliations
• Coordinate tax filings (sales tax, business tax, corporate tax) with external consultants
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Collaborate with global finance teams to improve and standardize processes
• Act as the main contact for accounting inquiries from internal teams, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience; audit or multinational company experience is a plus
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
• Leadership ability with a knack for team development and motivation
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across departments and in a global, matrixed environment
