We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.
SIE is looking for a
Senior Field Engineer to support a high-profile project in Brewster, NY
. This position will be responsible for the construction management, including quality, schedule, and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Construction management of rail projects
- Inspecting, monitoring, and overseeing construction field work tasks at multiple stations
- Reviewing contractor schedules and payments
- Conducting constructability review
- Coordination with MTA and other stakeholders
Qualification & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Master's degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Certified Construction Manager (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in rail construction projects including stations, line structures, communications systems, and track work
- Experience with MTA C&D (including NYCT, LIRR, MNR, Amtrak, NJ Transit, and PANYNJ)
- OSHA 30 and MNR Safety Training
Expected salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
