Senior Web Designer / Developer
Contract / 40 hours/week
2-3 months (Completion by February 2026)
Rate: $55-60.00/hour
Location: Marshall, MI (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Designer / Developer to join our client's team on a contract basis. As a key member of our client's staff, you'll lead the design and development of visually stunning and user-friendly websites, graphics, and digital assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of responsive websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
Create graphics, logos, and branding materials for web and print
Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts and solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
Optimize websites for speed and search engines
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Develop and implement AI-powered concierge for website
Integrate website with accessibility, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and other tracking and analytics services
Design and develop AI-powered concierge for website
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in web development and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience with WordPress, React, or other CMS/frameworks
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio or examples of work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UI/UX design
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Experience with AI implementation and integration
Project Details:
Full rebuild of corporate website, preserving existing SEO rankings
Integrate website with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and other tracking and analytics services
Develop AI-powered concierge for website
Target completion date: February
