Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team and help design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you’ll customize workflows, build integrations, and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance platform performance and support organizational goals. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

ServiceNow Developer ’s Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Customize and configure applications, workflows, UI policies, and business rules
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functionality issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with ITSM best practices and company standards

ServiceNow Developer ’s Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Deep understanding of ITSM modules, scripting, and platform configuration
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
