**Job Title: SMT Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator for the 1st shift. The schedule for this position is from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating SMT equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring the highest standards of quality in electronic assembly. **Responsibilities** + Operate SMT equipment efficiently and safely. + Perform preventive and routine maintenance on SMT and production equipment. + Independently run SMT automatic assembly equipment, including Screen Printer, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), Pick & Place machines. + Interpret assembly instructions, set-up lists, and assembly notes. + Prepare and load components into feeders. + Follow ESD handling procedures for sensitive electronic devices (ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007). + Apply IPC-A-610 and JSTD-001 standards for electronic assembly acceptability. + Identify manufacturer part numbers and markings on components. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience working in PCB manufacturing. + 1+ years operating machines. + Ability to read blueprints. + Knowledge of IPC standards. + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience with surface mount technology and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in PCBA production. + IPC certification. + Familiarity with wave soldering and circuit board processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and quality in electronic assembly. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
