Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Fortson, GA. This full-time contract position spans the current school year, from January 12th, 2026, through May 21st, 2026. The role involves working closely with speech-language pathologists to assist students in communication skill development across one to three assigned schools, depending on needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with virtual and on-site speech-language pathologists to deliver effective therapy services.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with virtual team members and school personnel.
  • Complete daily logs for timesheet validation and detailed reporting.
  • Support students through individualized interventions under supervision.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLPA registration with the state Speech Board.
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred.
  • Dependability and strong communication skills are essential due to collaboration with virtual SLPs.
