We are aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital system in California and CommonSpirit Health, one of the largest faith based, not for profit, academic health systems in the United States. We are looking for an orthopedic spine surgeon who is able to step into a high volume of cases quickly.

Want to spend the weekend in the city? Sacramento is just over two hours away through easy farmland and the bay area is only about three to four hours from Redding. Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. (Bonus points if you drive about 20 minutes farther to explore Jurassic Park - aka Fern Canyon - or the forest moon of Endor - aka Grizzly Creek State Park.)
Everyone loves the idea of moving to California, but let's be honest: it's expensive and packed with people. Give Far Northern California a shot. Redding has everything you love about California, but with a far lower cost of living than in the bay area or southern California. The city of Redding is about the same size as the city of San Francisco, but with about a tenth of the population. Oh, and did I mention 300 days per year of sun and no shoveling snow?
