About Landmark Decor
Landmark Decor is a U.S.-based manufacturer and retailer specializing in decorative wall panels, PVC marble, outdoor furniture, and architectural accent products. Our showroom allows customers to see, touch, and design with our products while working directly with knowledgeable staff.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, and provide an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role focused on sales, team leadership, and smooth store operations.

Compensation

• Base pay: $23/hr
• 5% commission on in-store sales
• 10% commission on in-home sales (measurements, consultations, or installs initiated by the store)
• Bonuses for store performance & overall sales

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and showroom presentation
• Actively sell products to walk-in customers and contractors
• Coordinate and conduct in-home consultations when applicable
• Supervise and schedule store staff
• Ensure accurate order entry and customer follow-up
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and product samples
• Track leads and communicate with warehouse and management
• Handle basic customer service issues and escalations

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or showroom sales experience (home improvement or décor a plus)
• Strong closing and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable managing both sales and operations
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to work Saturdays
