Job Summary The Store Manager is the ultimate leader of their store, responsible for all aspects of store performance, engagement, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. They oversee hiring, development, and creating a store culture where team members feel a sense of belonging and growth opportunities. The role involves managing store operations, community relationships, and ensuring alignment with company values and directives. Core Responsibilities Leadership and People Management: Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment; set a clear vision; manage hiring; support ongoing development; address employee concerns. Guest Experience and Community: Lead exceptional guest experiences; manage team interactions; handle escalations; build community relationships; plan local initiatives. Operations, Product, and Strategy: Drive visual merchandising and product strategies; monitor inventory; plan store strategies; manage profit and loss; lead from the floor; ensure safety and compliance. Budget Responsibility: Oversee controllable budgets, labor hours, and sales targets. People Management: Manage store leadership; handle hiring and terminations. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the store’s location. Reliable transportation for travel to the store. Experience managing people (minimum 1 year). Experience managing retail operations and projects (minimum 1 year). Preferred education: High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Physical ability to work in a bright, loud environment, move around the store, and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $76,020 to $102,851 annually, with a target bonus of 30%. Total compensation can range from $98,826 to $133,706 annually.
