About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experiences Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The Tableau Developer will support the Fixed Income investment and data science teams by building business-facing dashboards and enabling deeper analytics. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Line-of-Business specific Tableau dashboards to support fixed income analytics. Translate business needs and analytical requirements into technical dashboard solutions. Guide business users through the dashboard design process by demonstrating capabilities, discussing visual design options, and iteratively refining outputs based on feedback. Partner with investment and data science teams to visualize data insights related to interest rate models, credit spreads, and other concepts. Support data pipeline setup and dashboard integration on the backend. Interpret and utilize existing Python scripts and outputs; minimal editing or building from scratch may be needed. Engage directly with business stakeholders to present prototypes, gather feedback, and refine dashboard solutions iteratively. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience with a proven ability to build and iterate on complex dashboards. Comfort working with Python and SQL; deep expertise is not required, but the ability to read and leverage existing scripts is expected. Prior experience in financial services,particularly in asset and investment management. Strong communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to interact directly with non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with an analytical mindset and ability to bridge gaps between business and technology teams. Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, collaborating with local teams.
