Title: Technical Project Manager – Embedded Systems

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in embedded systems and operating system (OS) development . The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise and be capable of managing complex embedded software projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and software engineers to ensure timely, quality execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, RTOS, Linux kernel/driver development, and system bring-up.
• Experience with low-level debugging tools, hardware-software integration, or firmware bootloaders is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in one or more languages: C/C++, Python, or Rust.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
