*Contract/contract to hire Tech Recruiter needed - up to $55/hr and start asap*

CV Resources has partnered with an established company in Irvine, CA We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support high-volume tech recruiting for a dynamic, fast-paced organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT requisitions, including roles in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean search techniques
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate pre-employment tasks including background checks, references, and onboarding paperwork

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6-8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT roles
• Solid understanding of technical terminology and experience hiring engineers, developers, or infrastructure talent
• Not a direct hire (this is an ongoing CONTRACT/CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity)
