Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
* Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
* Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
* Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements
What You'll Need:
* Valid Driver's License : Clean record required
* Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
* Physical Ability :
* Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
* Lift up to 70 lbs
* Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
* Customer Focus : Build trust and create a great experience
* Problem-Solving : Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
* Determination : Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
* Adaptability : Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
