Title Attorney

Hours:

• Flexible Schedule – 40 hours a week!

Position Responsibilities:

• Respond to various requests from Company employees and clients regarding insurability of title.
• Prepare and/or review documents necessary for closing real estate transactions including affidavits, deeds, and escrow agreements.
• Collaborate with title insurance underwriters to resolve escalated title and curative issues.
• Answer emails and phone calls to assist clients and customers with questions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar (or pending admission if recent graduate).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with property records, title insurance, and escrow procedures.
• Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, documentation, and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay Rate:

• $40-50/ Hour – Depending on Experience!

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
