About the Role

We are seeking a Deployment Training Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on harmonizing global processes and implementing SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will help execute the learning strategy by organizing, scheduling, and delivering training activities that prepare end-users for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to implement training plans.
• Manage training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS – Cornerstone preferred).
• Organize and support facilitator sessions (train-the-trainer).
• Track training progress, attendance, risks, and readiness of materials.
• Provide reporting on training deliverables and escalate issues when needed.
• Support training-related issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training coordination, administration, or curriculum development.
• Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone or similar).
• Project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vLookup, advanced functions).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
