\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Standard schedule is 3x12 nights with 4x12 available by request
\n• 13-week assignment with potential extension up to 52 weeks by request
\n• ASAP start preferred
\n• 2:1 patient ratio maintained consistently across all shifts
\n• 48 hours of orientation required
\n• Must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment, 2 holidays required during winter season (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, NYE/New Years)
\n• Weekend coverage required
\n• Up to 2 pre-approved time off requests allowed
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required with previous charge experience preferred
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• Large L1/L2 facility experience required
\n• Prior neuro experience needed
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Care for adult patients with stroke, neurosurgery, neuro-specific diagnoses, complications, and complex spine cases
\n• Perform special procedures including EVDs and therapeutic thermoregulation
\n• Manage ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, continuous IV sedation, and vasoactive drips
\n• Handle post-craniotomy and post-neurosurgery management
\n• Work with traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury patients
\n• Active nursing license required
\n• Candidates residing within 100 miles of facility are not accepted

The 12-bed Neuro ICU specializes in complex neurological cases and features advanced therapeutic equipment for patient care. The facility offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized lift teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
