ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri.

\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\nRN - Med Surg Neuro
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• 48 guaranteed hours per week
\n• Weekend hours as needed
\n• No call requirements
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5-6
\n• Float requirements as needed within scope
\n• Willingness for occasional charge nurse responsibilities required
\n• Minimum 1 year inpatient acute care experience with Med Surg and Neuro required
\n• Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS
\n• FIT test required on site
\n• EMR system: EPIC
\n• Dress code: Black scrubs
\n• Care for neuro-surgical patients including stroke, seizures, MS, back/head/spinal and other neurological diagnoses
\n• Utilize nursing process to provide patient care and coordinate with other departments
\n• Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care provided by other caregivers
\n• Expected to work every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
\n• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday
\n• Contract duration of 13-26 weeks available
