\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on 6 West Neurosciences unit with 36 beds and standard med surge equipment
\n• Patient ratios of 5:1 or 6:1 stretch on day shift, 7:1 stretch on night shift
\n• Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 CNAs, 1 HUC
\n• Night shift staffing includes 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 HUC
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and NIH
\n• Neuroscience experience preferred
\n• Typical procedures include Foley insertion and IV starts
\n• Float to other med surge floors as needed
\n• Work every other weekend
\n• Use Cerner EMR system
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• New staff reference book provided at start of contract
\n• Must be outgoing and self-motivated
\n• Multiple positions available (2-3 openings)

The facility utilizes Cerner EMR systems and maintains standard medical surgical equipment throughout their units. The organization provides comprehensive orientation materials and maintains structured staffing ratios to ensure quality patient care across their neuroscience services.
