\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• First time travelers not accepted
\n• Neuro, trauma, ortho and robotics experience required
\n• EPIC experience required
\n• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts
\n• Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery
\n• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks with call starting at end of Friday shift until 7:00 AM Monday
\n• 1-2 call shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) with call starting after shift until 7:00 AM next morning
\n• 30-minute callback response time required
\n• Holiday call coverage per department need
\n• No floating required
\n• Blocked schedules not approved
\n• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
\n• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
\n• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)
\n• Manager interview required
\n• Clinical pre-screening to determine fit

\nThis healthcare facility features an 18-room operating department within a 593-bed hospital system with a daily census of 50-60 patients. The facility specializes in complex neurosurgical procedures and trauma care, offering comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams. The organization maintains high clinical standards and requires extensive experience in specialized surgical procedures.
