Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: M-Thurs (8-5 days/times may vary)

Friday (730-1700 days/times may vary)

· Practice Setting: Inpatient

· Types of Cases: General Adult Urology, Advanced Adult Endoscopic, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Transrectal Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder Ultrasound with Biopsy.

Preferred: Fertility Work-up, Penile Prosthesis, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support

· Licensure Required: Board Certified, must have an Active California License, must have a Drug Enforcement Administration License.
