Job Title: VIP Host/Food Server

Pay: $22.00 an hour

Show Dates:

• Feb 22nd, 2025 - April 27, 2025

Primary Responsibilities

• Able to understand ticket categories for scanning at the entrance
• Make sure that all guests needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
• Be proactive in providing an exceptional customer experience, but also attuned to guest's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
• Provide personalized service and use a guest's name, where possible and appropriate
• Observes guest behavior to ensure ultimate satisfaction
• Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area, discretely tiding the space during service
• Assemble giftbags, lanyards and other items needed for service
• Perform cleaning duties, as required

The ideal candidate will

• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
• Be physically able to stand for long hours
• Understand how to provide excellent customer service and hospitality, and have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
• Work well with others, paying attention to details while working efficiently under pressure
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor
• Availability for the entire run in the city
• Speak English - other languages are an asset
• Preferably able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness for Temporary Indoor / Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F-04) - Preferred.

Physical Demands:

• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs.
