Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for executing company visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing, creating a world-class guest experience. Responsibilities include managing merchandise changes, product display, mannequin styling, and implementing key product stories and placement strategies in accordance with company standards and store needs. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life. Implement brand standards in product storytelling, placement, and store navigation to optimize guest experience. Create visually appealing product displays to enhance guest experience and drive sales. Perform VM flips, including window activations, signage updates, and merchandise changes aligned with campaigns. Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel initiatives. Provide feedback and in-the-moment training to team members on visual standards and techniques. Support a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive relationships. Job Requirements Eligibility Legal authorization to work in the store’s country. Reliable transportation for store travel. Schedule/Availability Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Potential for early mornings or late nights during peak times or special events. Experience Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience. Some background in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design, or related fields. Preferred Assets High school diploma or higher; design or related degree preferred.
