Job Description Pay Range: $22.38 - $28.80 / hour The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various high-intensity exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications Perks & Benefits Include Complementary Chuze Membership Free iChuze Membership Discounts on retail and smoothie purchases and through vendor partners Personal device stipend On-site Kids Club* Instructor referral program Paid practice and educational time
