We seek an experienced Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician to start immediately at a residential property in Dumfries VA . This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property management staffing agency with the potential for long-term placement.

Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
HVAC Certification
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
