Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager - Family-Owned Dealership

Location: Waterbury, CT
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000+ (depending on experience and performance)

A family-owned dealership in the Waterbury, CT area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Finance Manager. This hands-on role requires someone who can work the desk, lead the sales team, and back up the Finance Manager during vacations, absences, or customer overflow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager / Desk Manager with F&I experience who wants to contribute to a growing, family-oriented dealership.

Role Highlights:

Report directly to the General Manager, a positive leader focused on growth
Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Desk experience is required - must be comfortable putting deals together
TO and Close Deals
Ensure leads are being properly handled
Ensure a positive, customer-focused experience on every transaction

Compensation / Benefits:

Compensation in the $120,000 - $150,000 range, based on experience and performance
Benefits package provided
5-day work week
Managers typically average a 42-46 hour work week
