The Opportunity
Our client islooking for a strategic Creative Director with a strong foundation in design, digital-first thinking, and hands-on healthcare marketing experience. This person will be both a strategic leader and an active contributor—capable of guiding and executing creative across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Ideal candidates are collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in regulated environments, understand the nuances of working with pharma marketers, and are comfortable engaging directly with clients to bring smart, effective solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
Lead Strategy & Concepting : Develop the creative vision for integrated campaigns across health, pharma, or insurance sectors, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs.
Design Execution : Deliver and oversee high-quality digital and print design work—including UI/UX, branded content, and presentation materials.
Client Solutions : Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering compliant, insight-driven creative approaches tailored to their needs.
Team Leadership : Guide a cross-functional creative team—mentoring designers, writers, and producers while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Creative Development : Partner with strategy, account, and project leads to shape and refine briefs that support smart, strategic execution.
New Business Support : Contribute to pitch development and proposal writing with strategic thinking and creative leadership.
Hands-On Collaboration : Work alongside the team when needed, especially during high-volume periods. Help drive results—not for recognition, but to support the team and client success.
What You Bring
5+ years as a Creative Director or Art Director, with a strong foundation in visual design
A portfolio showcasing impactful work in pharma, healthcare, health insurance , or related industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Deep experience with digital-first creative , with versatility in print and presentation design
Strong understanding of regulated environments (MLR review processes, compliance considerations)
Ability to think strategically and offer solution-focused creative ideas to client-side marketers
Comfortable collaborating directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Self-managing, dependable, and motivated by team success—not personal spotlight
