For over 100 years, our fourth-generation, family-owned produce distribution company has proudly delivered fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Now, we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Order Picker/Selector to help carry our legacy forward!

What You’ll Do:

• Order Picking: Review pick lists, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and select items with accuracy and care.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, verify codes and quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Packaging & Labeling: Wrap pallets securely and ensure all packages meet cleanliness and protection standards.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory movement and assist with cycle counts.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate all material handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety, sanitation, and PPE protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ability to work the following schedule: Sunday night through Friday night (6-night schedule). Start times below:

• Sunday: 4:00 PM
• Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 PM

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (34–38&degree;F).
