Job Description An established and thriving Dental Office is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join their growing team in the
Chicago, IL metro area . The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $750,000 - $1,000,000 Responsibilities of Oral Surgeon:
- Perform a variety of oral surgery procedures, including extractions, implant placement, and bone grafting
- Evaluate and diagnose patients' oral and facial conditions
- Develop treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
- Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest oral surgery techniques and technologies
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Heavy Medicaid (bulk of patients under 21)
Qualifications of Oral Surgeon:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in the state of Illinois
- Active oral surgery specialty certification
- Strong clinical skills and experience with oral surgery procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to ongoing professional development
