Daily work assignment varies according to the surgical patient volume and will be determined based on the areas of greatest need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School education or equivalent Sterile Processing Certification must be obtained within 2 years of hire and maintained thereafter. Termination of employment will result if certification has not been obtained within the 2 year period of date of original hire.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Ability to see colors, see at least 1 mm squares. Ability to reach overhead. Ability to remain calm, continue to function effectively and develop priorities during stressful situations. Ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal media.
