_We are looking for a reliable, coachable, and focused Virtual Assistant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both written and spoken English, and have experience working remotely. You’ll be expected to stay in frequent contact with the team through email, instant messaging, and VOIP._
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
* _General office administration tasks_
* _Data entry, payroll processing, invoice management_
* _Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately_
* _Maintaining and organizing electronic files_
* _Assisting other departments as needed_
* _Other administrative tasks as assigned by management_
**_Requirements:_**
* _Experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)_
* _Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)_
* _Ability to work independently with minimal supervision_
* _Attention to detail and organizational skills_
* _Reliable and available to work during the scheduled hours_
**_Schedule:_**
* _Approximately 40 hours per week_
* _Core working hours: 6:00 am PT to 2:30 pm PT (Las Vegas Pacific Time Zone)_
**_Compensation:_**
* _$3 USD per hour, paid bi-weekly via e-payment_
